The JobManager / DataBridge is the data entry or import tool committed by MIS (JDF engine for sending the order to production)
The connection can be made by importing from the existing MIS, if JDF compatible, the maximum technical settings of the graphic products to be realized on order or through the included Data Bridge according to the methods and standard record layouts (predefined SQL DB, possible ad hoc XML with separate quotation).
JobCalendar is the tool that allows you to create and manage the calendar of each order, taking into account both commercial requests and production capacity.
It is also a powerful tool of inter-company communication able to make visible, shared and easily accessible, all the information related to the expected and effective timing of each order.
It extends the time information of the job order with information such as the expected file arrival date, delivery date and last requested load, expected invoicing date.
Create, on the basis of these dates and the production analysis of a contract, a real job calendar composed of the deadlines within which each phase must take place.

The term business intelligence from the beginning has included both the most traditional data collection systems aimed at analyzing the past or the present and to understand the phenomena, the causes of the problems or the determinants of the obtained performances, and the systems most aimed at estimating or predicting the future, simulating and creating scenarios with a different probability of manifestation.
The Logic Business Intelligence module provides a multidimensional data model to analyze production and business performance from different perspectives.

The ProductionSupervisor makes available a series of analyzes and indications such as the final balance of the production activities carried out in a period with an indication of the average performance and economic summary.
For each production unit it is also possible to configure the hourly cost and for the rotary presses also the tariffs (plate started and lap).

DP-Energy Control
Achieving significant energy savings is already among the objectives of many companies, but for some it will soon be an obligation, as established by Legislative Decree 4 July 2014 n. 102 of implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27 / EU, which came into force on July 19, 2014. With a view to achieving the national energy savings target, the decree introduced the obligation for large companies and energy-intensive companies to carry out an energy audit by 5 December 2015 and every 4 years thereafter.
At the base of any action in this area, from the simple containment of production costs to the desire to create a certified energy management system in compliance with ISO 50001 (SSGE) or to promote a project that allows access to allocated funding with the White Certificates method, there is certainly the need to measure their consumption to know and reduce them.
DP-energy, like all intelligent measuring systems, allows measuring and accounting the consumption of electricity for each cost center and even for single orders, helping the energy managers to identify waste and then reduce them, thus achieving their objectives of energy efficiency.
DP-energy can be activated for every machine in your company. It only requires the addition of an industrial multimeter equipped with an ethernet port to its data collection system and its connection to the power supply panel of the machine itself.
In the same way, DP-Energy can be used to monitor the consumption of auxiliary units (air compressors, chillers, etc.) and also of service systems (lighting, air conditioning, etc.).
